Our client is an award winning cultural and creative communications agency based in Central London with International offices around the world. We are looking for an Account Director to join the business working across accounts in the arts, culture, heritage and literary sectors. This will be a hybrid role working in the London office 3 days a week with 2 days working from home.
The Account Director will work closely with the founding Directors and Senior Leadership Team to direct campaigns for clients across the arts, culture and literary sectors including literary awards, publishing projects, museums and heritage campaigns. Key responsibilities will include:
Plan and implement strategic media and digital communications campaigns for clients Build strong relationships with media in the UK and International Develop an active network within the literary, publishing and arts sectorDeliver client pitches and presentations Manage small project based teams for specific campaigns Build and maintain a deep industry insight and knowledge of current affairs
The successful candidate will have a genuine connection and passion for the arts, literary and culture sector with strong experience of working in the PR and communications industry ideally within an agency. An excellent track record of delivering a creative approach to high profile media campaigns is essential, alongside a network of media contacts in the UK and Internationally. Superb communication skills are absolutely essential alongside strong attention to detail, fantastic organisation skills and a proactive, enthusiastic approach.
