Manage and coordinate temporary workers to fulfill client requirements.Implement and drive an effective recruitment, validation, and induction plan in collaboration with the Account Manager.Provide a 24/7 on-call service via a rota system to meet client requirements.Ensure accurate payroll processing to meet candidate and client expectations.Develop successful relationships in partnership with operational management.Identify business development opportunities with the Account Manager.Contribute to a candidate-focused culture, ensuring a positive candidate experience.Create and maintain a candidate pool appropriate to the client's needs.Deputise for the Account Manager when needed. Successful candidates will have:

Previous recruitment or customer service experience.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Good IT skills.Organisational and prioritisation abilities.Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
