We are currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team based at the Docks in Southampton.

The role is an exciting one, below you will find a few more details;

- You will be responsible to calling and speaking with candidates who have applied for our jobs

- Advertising of all jobs & monitoring progress of them

- Organisation of candidate registration appointments & conducting these appointment - ensuring compliance to correct

- Ordering of PPE & ensuring all workers have what they need to start work

- Working towards KPIs to ensure our clients have the staff needed at the time they need
