About the role
We are looking for an Accelerator Programme Manager to lead the delivery of our Geotech and Proptech accelerator programmes. You'll be the main point of contact to our start–up cohort, helping them to navigate the highs and lows of entrepreneurial life, and ensuring they have a programme of activities that maximises their opportunity to grow and succeed. You'll lead the whole process from running the call and identifying the best start–up talent, to planning the programme and bringing in quality mentors, coaches and partners that help us to continuously improve our offering.
Key responsibilities:
Overall management of two Accelerator Programmes per year, managing startup relationships, scheduling, operations and programme communications
Alongside the Programmes Lead, curate a programme of activities for each cohort that aligns to their needs and gives them the best chance of success
Lead on the identification of Programme improvements to build on the successes of the past cohorts
Help to identify opportunities for the cohort to engage with Ordnance Survey and HMLR Subject Matter Experts
Help to improve diversity and inclusion on the accelerator and wider Geovation Community.
Manage existing programmes from the point of concept to delivery. Working with the Programmes Lead to align the Accelerator Programme with dynamic goals and objectives
Foster and create a strong sense of community amongst past, current and future startup cohorts
Capture and evaluate programme outputs and impact. Generate insights to share with internal and external partners
Assist Marketing, and other teams, with managing Geovation's external presence and marketing activities
About you

Essential: You'll be extremely well organised and experienced at leading and co–ordinating programmes of activity. Previous experience of running accelerator or incubator programmes is beneficial
Essential: You'll be naturally charismatic, with the confidence to go out and make engaging connections with clients and start–ups alike
Essential: You're a persuasive character, naturally encouraging others to join our community and our positive impact mission
Desirable: You'll have a genuine interest and knowledge of what start–ups need to succeed, from financing through to HR
Desirable: You'll be well connected in the start–up community, with ideas of mentors, coaches and experts that could contribute to the programme

Salary: GBP34,476 – GBP44,616 (depending on experience)
GBP3500 London Weighting Allowance (per year) Performance related bonus

25 days annual leave – (rising by 1 day each year to a maximum of 30) bank holidays and an extra 3 over Christmas

Location
We embrace a hybrid working model at OS and understand there is no one size fits all in relation to how we work. We have a fantastic Geovation office in London where you will be required to spend 3 days a week with the remaining time being a personal choice as to whether you work from home, one of our regional offices or spend time at OSHQ.
