Including HD TV with freeview, DVD player, radio and CD player, microwave, full size oven and grill, full size fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, washing post and pegs, patio table and chairs etc.

Gas & electricity included, quilts & pillows supplied (you will need your own bed linen & towels). At night time you have a variety of things to do. The main venue is the Live lounge, which provides the main entertainment. During busier times the second venue, Seagulls is also open and has family evening entertainment. The Mash and Barrel is an eating and drinking family establishment which has pool tables dart boards and multi-screen T.Vs. & Free Wi-Fi. Just outside the site there is a bus stop with regular buses into Great Yarmouth.

Our caravan is just a few steps from the sand dunes and a short walk to the swimming pool and other activities.

Entertainment passes are not included in the price of this holiday

Sorry but the campsite does not allow same-sex party's under 21 years and we don't accept pets. We would prefer people not to smoke in the caravan.

As the caravan is family owned, it will need to be left clean & tidy as found (cleaning products & vacuum are provided).
