Our client is looking for a 360 recruitment consultant to join their dynamic and growing team. As a 360 recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for the full cycle of recruitment, from:
sourcing and attracting candidates negotiating and closing deals managing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates You will be working with a variety of healthcare roles, such as nurses, doctors, allied health professionals, and support staff. You will have access to a large database of candidates, as well as the latest tools and technology to help you succeed in your role.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Previous experience as a healthcare recruiter or a 360 recruitment consultant in any sector Proven track record of billing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive and self-motivated attitude A strong sales and business development mindset A target-driven and results-oriented approach A valid UK driving license and access to a car In return, you will receive:
