*3 bedroom semi-detached older type council house or a large 2 bedroom council house converted into a 3 bedroom or a 2 bedroom house with an outhouse/conservatory that has built in electric.

*Looking to move out of Cambridge. Areas Includes: South Cambridgeshire/St ives:

*Oakington, Impington, Histon, Girton, Bar Hill, Milton, Melbourn, St Ives(Villages around St Ives) Ely, Newmarket etc. Would like an upstairs bathroom and an extra downstairs toilet. Also, a lounge/diner or kitchen/diner or separate dining room. Sorry No New build, remote/rural areas please. Not bothered about the decor of the house just as long as it's in the right area.
