I’m looking to exchange this for a three or four bedroom with RTB or a larger Housing association for my expanding family.

This is Fairly modern 1980s build. Two double bedrooms and a single room (could fit a double bed) Great for someone looking to downsize. Has a well maintained garden. Has off road parking.

Great access to shops, restaurants, schools and links to buses and train. Kings Heath and Moseley train stations are currently being built, which will run train links from Redditch, Bromsgrove, Longbridge to New street station.

Ideally I would prefer semi detached or large town house would suit. hoping to stay in and around kings heath and Moseley. A stairlift could be fitted and paid for - if aids and adaptions are needed, as there is a accessible toilet on both ground floor and upstairs.
