My partner and I are looking for a rental property in Ripon or surrounding villages. We are two, full- time working adults and two teenage boys (18 and 13 years old) with the eldest leaving for University in September. We currently live separately and will be joining forces to become a family so looking for a long term rental of at least a year that meets all our needs.

We also have three, well behaved cats (outdoor/litter trained, spayed/neutered, claws regularly clipped, flea’d, wormed etc) who are 12 and 6 - mum and her two kittens.

We have good references, my partner living in his property for 6 years and myself and boys in our property for over 10 years (landlord is my neighbour!)

We are looking for a 3/4 bed property preferably with a garden and garage/parking but not essential and obviously accepts pets - we would be willing to pay an extra pet bond however, feel this wouldn’t be necessary as we will be leaving this property without damage.

Our budget is £1200 PCM and we are ready to secure a property as soon as possible.
