I'm looking for a 3-bed semi, or similar, for my family (me, my wife, 2 girls, and our indoor cat). I'm in full-time employment as a consultant and my wife is a PhD researcher.

Ideally looking for somewhere with two rooms downstairs and a decent sized kitchen (including plumbing for a washing machine and dish washer), and blinds on the windows.

Looking to pay up to £1400/month, but may be able to stretch a little further for the right property. We're looking to move in within the next few months.
