I have a 2bedroom flat ( one double one single ) on the ground floor of a 4floors building.Double grazing,Gas CH,Communal garden.Rent £145 a week.Water charges isn’t included.Nearby stations are Mornington crescent,Euston,St.Pancras.

Camden council property.We are looking for an exchange with 3Bedroom flat in London and suburb.I would prefer if there is a communal green area.Also looking for a 2bedroom property for multi way exchange if you are in Rayners park, Ruislip ,Merton and Surrey.
