When HD announced the 2021 Harley-Davidson Street Bob 114 it was eagerly anticipated. The Street Bob, with its mini-ape handlebar, mid-mount controls and bobber-style fenders, has become a fan favorite among those looking for a minimalist V-twin to customize. This year, the Street Bob will be packing more of a punch, thanks to the larger, torque-rich Milwaukee-Eight 114 engine.

The big news this year is the Milwaukee-Eight 114 V-twin engine, claimed to produce a stump-pulling 119 ft-lb of torque at a mere 3000 rpm. As one of the lightest bikes in Harley-Davidson’s Softail lineup, weighing a claimed 659 pounds wet, the increased performance won’t go unnoticed. Harley says that Street Bob 114 has a 9% quicker 0-60 mph time and is 13% faster from 60-80 mph in fifth gear than the outgoing Street Bob 107. A 2-into-2 shotgun exhaust is sure to let out a healthy rumble, while the Ventilator air cleaner proudly displays the 114 badging.
