We offer a number of professional, fast and efficient services which primarily include the dismantling of cars and commercial vehicles, offering cars and commercial vehicles for sale and also selling salvage repairable vehicles. We specialise in breaking late model cars, vans and commercial vehicles and hold over 400 vehicles in our 10 acre site with new stock arriving daily.

Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

You need to notify us if you wish to cancel your order within this time period – by email, for example.

You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the goods.

The buyer is responsible for all returns postage costs. We suggest you keep proof of return postage until you have received your refund.

When returning goods they must be in original condition and well packaged along with original invoice.

Please note we cannot exchange goods or complete refunds until the original item has been returned in original condition.

Any painted parts or not in original condition will not be accepted as a return.

Please note that all electrical items are non refundable, unless prior agreement has been made via email between ourselves and the customer.

Please note that tailor made orders, cuts etc will need to be confirmed with photos and emails and agreed by both parties in writing prior to us customizing the order. They are then non returnable or refundable

Please note if you fail to comply with the points as above you will not receive a replacement or refund.

Damages Policy

All items must be checked on delivery wherever possible any damages must be noted on the delivery note or refused and sent back with the driver.

If unable to check goods the delivery note must be signed for unchecked and reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.

We will not accept goods back for damages if the delivery note is signed as received in good condition.

All deliveries that are received damaged must be reported within 24 hours.

Any damaged item that is reported within the allotted time will be replaced wherever possible. If we are unable to replace, a refund will be issued once we have received the damaged item back and if any post costs are owed these will be refunded to the buyer.

If damage is reported within 24 hours, a partial refund may be issued if both the buyer and seller agrees. We will ask for photographic evidence of the damage.

Please note if you fail to comply with the points as above you will not receive a replacement or refund.

Delivery Policy

For all deliveries we require a contact name and telephone number.

Buyer is responsible to make sure someone is available to accept delivery as a signature will be required.

If you require a delivery outside mainland UK (Northern/Southern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Isles & Scottish Highlands) please contact us before purchase with your postcode so we can give you a postage quote.

Engine & Air Bag Policy

Warranty is void on engines unless the timing belt/chain is changed.

Warranty is void on Airbags and associated SRS parts unless fitted by a fully qualified technician.
