Terms and Conditions:
1. Vehicle descriptions and Information: Every effort is taken to ensure that the vehicle descriptions and all other information we provide to you about the vehicle is complete and accurate at the time of purchasing. Please reconfirm any details in respect of the vehicle that are important to you with a sales person, who will be only to happy to assist you.
2. Once you have chosen a vehicle, we shall arrange for you to have a test drive of your chosen vehicle to ensure that it meets fully with your requirements. During this process we shall also ask you to complete a visual check of the vehicle to ensure you have no concerns about the vehicle. Any additional works agreed between you and the salesperson will be noted on the sales invoice and will be completed either before or subsequent to the agreed delivery of the vehicle. Works completed prior to delivery may require the payment of a holding deposit.
3. Vehicle Preparation - At Maximum Car Supermarkets your vehicle will be prepared to the highest retail standard possible, taking into consideration the vehicles age and mileage.
Every vehicle receives a 99 point pre-delivery inspection that is carried out to the highest standard including an independent MOT inspection, service and then the vehicle is given a full valet prior to delivery to the purchaser.
4. Vehicle Delivery - All vehicles shall be made ready for collection within three (3) full working days, from the successful completion of your purchase, included but not limited to the settlement on all outstanding finances due for the vehicle.
5. Delivery Terms - We shall not deliver your vehicle or make your vehicle available for collection if any of the following have not been completed;
* All documents required have not been signed or provided by the customer.
* All monies due have not been paid, including deposits, any finance settlement, or the settlement balance due from the customer directly.
6. Payments - A holding deposit may be payable, either by card or bank transfer. If you require us to hold a vehicle or preparation work is required to the vehicle prior to completing the whole transaction.
* Any holding deposit or deposit taken for the completion of agreed preparation work shall be NON-REFUNDABLE once the agreed work has commenced.
* Balances can be paid by third party finance providers, bankers draft, online bank transfer and all major credit and debit cards.
7. Part Exchange Vehicles - Your part exchange vehicle will of been valued based on the condition of the vehicle and mileage, as provided by the customer. However, if after viewing and completing a test drive of your chosen vehicle - you find the vehicle is not in the condition as described, we shall reserve the right to revisit the vehicles valuation.
We shall also complete a HPI check on your vehicle to ensure that you have unencumbered title of the vehicle at the time of the transaction.
