The purchaser is given every opportunity to inspect the vehicle to their satisfaction and he/she is responsible for ensuring that it complies with all current Road Traffic Acts before using on the Public Highway.

If a vehicle is not collected by the agreed date, London Auto Salvage Ltd reserve the right to retain any deposit and re-sell the vehicle as required.
