Ducati’s DVT Multistrada 1200 was an immediately success receiving 5-star reviews from all the motorcycle press.

The Desmodromic Variable Timing (DVT) engine is smoother and more powerful than the previous motor delivering 160 BHP, in addition Ducati improved the chassis on the DVT, fitted it with the latest in electronic wizardry which includes ride-by-wire throttle system, three-way ABS and eight-way traction control and wheelie control, four selectable rider modes (Sports, Touring, Urban and Enduro) Keyless ignition, back-lit switchgear functions plus cruise control, 5” TFT dash not forgetting Brembo monobloc callipers and heated grips. In addition, this example comes with Ducati panniers, Scottoiler and Barkbuster hand guards.

This 2-owner machine was supplied new in May 2015, it benefits from a full maintenance record with the last of 5 services which included new belts being completed at 12,197 miles in August 2021, the current mileage now stands at 15,739 miles.

As you will see from the pictures that it has picked up a few scuffs on the panniers, a small finger nail size chip on the right upper fairing which has been touched in and the rear grab rail has a hole drilled in it where a GoPro was previously however these are superficial and do not detract from what obviously is cherished machine.

It is of course HPI clear, comes with the Owners wallet which includes Owner and Service books, Master and code ignition keys plus V5 Log book and we will supply it with a further service, 3- months guarantee, the current MOT expires in April 2024.
