for a big adventure bike, the tiger 12 is awesome! once its moving the weight vanishes , you can go off road with ease then scrape your toes when you are back on tarmac ! . i have included some photos of the terrain i have taken it over . currently has 10%/90% tyres on so any off roading heavier than the photos will need a more off road bias tyre .

it will eat up touring miles in ease and is like riding a couch ! handles great and has acceleration on par with a 1000 sports bike! about 200 miles to a tank , cruise control at 65 mph will return 68mpg

would swap for something of similar age and value like a xsr 900-700 / superduke / speed triple '11 / mt-09 / touno v4 1000cc / z1000 /ducati monster - scrambler 800 / triumph scrambler etc etc
