Provenance:

BD11 YDR was supplied new on the 17 June 2011 by Evans Halshaw Vauxhall of Wolverhampton and registered to its first keeper Miss Rickards. Her tenure was rather shorter the last keeper Mrs Hellis who would cherish the Corsa for the next 10 years until it was time finally to move on to an Automatic. Ever the car enthusiast she then purchased a pristine low mileage TT V6 Dsg from the SMC Heritage collection.

With two lady owners and having covered such incredibly low miles this really is as good as it gets for both Vauxhall enthusiasts and modern classic investors alike. The car is supplied with all booklets and instructions in the original book pack and even the original sales invoice. All keys are still present along with the supplying dealer key ring and the factory Key data tag.

Exterior:

The Arden blue paint is incredible with a deep glossy shine. The body is totally free from dents, the panel gaps are even and totally original. However, being totally original there are a couple of minor stone chips although they certainly do not detract and it is very clear this has been a pampered car. The wheels are totally unmarked and shod with matching premium tyres. All badges, glass and trim are original and unmarked. This car has always been cosseted and it absolutely shows.

Interior:

The interior is a fabulous place to reside with factory black half leather shell back Recaros and a smattering of alloy vxr goodies. All the switch gear is in perfect working order and the seats, carpets, matts and trim are in superb order. Pleasingly the factory audio is still in place

On the Road:

Perhaps unsparingly given the incredible mileage and provenance it drives with a time warp taught fluidity you that you could only find with a low mileage perfectly maintained example. The VXR boasts 192ps giving a respectable claimed 0-60mph time of 6.8 seconds and on to a top speed of 140mph - not bad for a super mini!. It offers a superb driving experience that many modern and often vastly more powerful cars simply cannot replicate. At the time Car Magazine described it as: Ridiculously entertaining fun
