The A5 Sportback is a handsome car based on the A5 Coupe, which is itself based on the 4dr Audi A4 platform. However, the Sportback somehow manages to be both better looking and more practical than both of those cars, and this 2011 example is especially handsome with its pearlescent purple paint and Black edition alloy wheels which give it a purposeful stance.

With a long bonnet and sleek muscular lines this is a car that turns head. But it is also practical with 4 seats and a huge hatchback boot. Power comes from a 180PS Turbo petrol TFSI engine which is smooth and quiet.
