Contract Formation

IDeal Web Cars intends that all of the terms of contract are contained within the Vehicle Order document. This document details the various sections of the vehicle purchase, including details of the vehicle itself, the part exchange should there be one and the terms by which payment can be made. Payment for each vehicle must be made in full by either Cash, Bank Transfer or via Debit/Credit cards. The vehicle remains the property of Simply People Limited until paid for in full.

Product Availability

IDeal Web Cars uses all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the cars shown on this website are available but cannot guarantee that any of the products displayed on the site are still available.

Ownership

Until which time all monies owing under a Vehicle Order contract have been paid in full (subject to clearance where appropriate) title to the goods shall remain with IDeal Web Cars.
