Currently in storage in Oxfordshire and available to view by arrangement.
I’ve had this caravan on a seasonal pitch in Witney for the last two seasons, having bought it from another long-term seasonal pitch owner based in Henley. My understanding is that the caravan has spent its life as a seasonal not a tourer.
The caravan is structurally sound, does not leak and tows perfectly.
During my ownership I’ve got receipts for £1,675 spent with Chris Evans, Caravan & Motorhome Specialist, Witney on general repairs, improvements and habitation checks. This included work to the floor to remedy some de-lamination, front windows to prevent damp ingress and minor repairs to the main door catch, fridge, cooker, electric heater and toilet. New overhead cupboard hinges, window stays and a second TV point have also been fitted. I wanted everything to work perfectly as it should.
I towed the caravan to storage October. The tyres, which were brand new on my purchase, have now made four short journeys in total.
The main advantage with this model, in my opinion, is the dinette table in the kitchen and the full length (single-bed size) sofas in the living room. The small toilet/shower allows for the sink in the bedroom. I found this layout perfect in every respect and ideal for seasonal use with the much-increased living space and storage areas.
The full-length Kampa Air Awning has two fully detachable side extensions, curtains and the original Kampa air pump. It’s fully air tight and waterproof (proved on my pitch), however as there was some damage with cracking to some of the outer Perspex windows when packing it away, I’m throwing this in for free as a DIY repair will be needed (I was going to buy sheets of clear PVC plastic and re-attach them myself). The awning is currently in storage in Surrey.
All accessories are included, in particular; the fresh water and grey water tanks, water pump (plus adaptor for continuous water supply at a serviced pitch), steps, hitch lock, two-wheel locks, 2 x Calor gas bottles, electric hook up cables, hose pipe and all the miscellaneous contents of the front locker. There’s microwave and a TV and CD/Radio are fitted in the lounge. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and fire extinguisher included. Extension mirrors for your car are also supplied. Everything is ready to tow away and set up and use (except the Sky dish and 13Kg gas bottle in the photos).
Teenager no longer wants to visit our caravan, hence reason for a reluctant sale!
