I have a large 2 bedroom council flat in Walthamstow E17. The flat is located a stones throw away from Walthamstow market with plenty of shops near by. I have a primary school next to me and Walthamstow centre station is 5 minutes away.

I have lived here for 12 years and now wanted to move closer to the city for family, I am ideally looking for another 2 bedroom in London however I can consider 1 beds so long as it’s new build.

I have a secure tenancy with RTB, car park for residential.

Rent is just under £490 a month.
