The cost of your break includes beds made up on arrival , free unlimited WIFI, coffee, tea, sugar, tea towels, washing up items , towels, bath mat , toilet rolls, shampoo , conditioner, shower gel, hair drier , use of travel cot and highchair if required etc

We have a lovely home by the sea on Haven's Hopton Holiday Village ,Norfolk , our caravan is sited on a very quiet pitch in a cul de sac with hardly any passing traffic, but only a short stroll to the beach and all amenities on park .

We have a larger than average master bedroom with a king size bed, TV, lots of storage and an ensuite with toilet and washbasin .

We also have a second bedroom with 2 single beds which can be made into a small double on request . Opposite the twin bedroom you will find the bathroom with a large shower, toilet and wash basin . The kitchen has a full size oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave and all kitchen utensils, plates , cups etc that you could need for your stay . There is a dining area suitable for 4 and in the lounge you will find 2 comfy settees, a 40" TV, bluetooth sound system and coffee table. The lounge area leads out through double french doors onto a fully enclosed wrap around decking area complete with patio furniture. The caravan faces south and is a lovely sun trap. Our prices do not include park passes which can be bought direct from Haven when you have paid the final balance. If you choose not to buy the passes you can still use the restaurant, arcades and have access to the Papa Johns and Cookes Fish & Chips Take away

Hopton Holiday Village has its own beach which is a 10 minute stroll from the caravan, plus an indoor pool, a covered outdoor pool, crazy golf, an entertainment complex with live entertainment & bar/restaurant, arcades, soft play area ,fun activities, go karts, archery, mini market, launderette etc

We charge £100 booking/damage deposit (£150 if bringing dogs) which is refunded within 7 days of your break ending if there has been no damage

The cost of your break is due 6 weeks before you go
