Myself and my partner are moving to Wales at the end of January 2024 and are currently looking for a house to rent.

I am originally from Wales and moved to Ireland for work 2 years ago but we are relocating permanently to Wales at the end of January.

I have secured my old job so working is not an issue.

We are looking to move anywhere between Port Talbot, Margam, Swansea or Neath with easy and close links to train station for my partner to travel for work. My job is in Port Talbot & Neath area hence the reason for wanting to move to this area.

We are looking to spend up to a maximum of £800 a month on rent and are looking for a minimum of 2 bedrooms. We are extremely reliable, professional and have a great track record with renting so can also provide landlord references if required.

I have rented for more than 15 years myself with only 2 landlords over those 15 years.
