I live on a lovely residential road in Mitcham, Surrey, CR4 2BA. Tooting Station (Thameslink) is a 5 minute walk away going to the City/Luton and Wimbledon (2 stops) and Tooting Broadway (Northern Line) is a 15 min walk or 5 min bus ride away. Buses go in every direction.

I have 2 double bedrooms and a small box room (6x5 approx) upstairs along with the bathroom/toilet and loft which has been partially boarded for storage.

Downstairs I have a separate living room and dining room with a galley style kitchen which leads out to a nice size garden.

My property is classed as a 2 bedroom house and is housing association. My rent is £562 a month. I have gas central heating and double glazing.

I am looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom council RTB property only (I want to buy at some point) in Greater London or if outside London, then up to 2 hours train journey.
