We are a group of at least two, possibly three, or maybe even four (depending on size of property we can find) looking for a flat/house share in Edinburgh. We are actively looking for additional people to share with, so please do get in touch.

Some search criteria for accommodation:

- Ideally we would like to be walking distance to town (so not the bottom of Leith, Gorgie, or anywhere in EH4, EH14 or EH7)

- Price range of between £500-650 per person

- No damp

- Good, responsive landlords

- 2, 3, or 4+ bedrooms

- Central heating

- Good bathroom-to-person ratio

About who else we are looking for:

- Student or non-student as long as willing to split council tax

- Vegetarian or vegan and a passion for environmentalism

- Sociable (don't have to be extroverted!)

- Be ok living with a mix of weirdos!

About us:

Keith: Studying botany at college and working part time as well. He likes football, music, eating, cooking, reading and a drink with pals

Keshav: Working full time. Loves sports, cinema, dancing and eating out. He also loves to nap!

Neus: Working close to full time. Loves cinema, dancing, good food and being around people. She also loves music, walks and table tennis.
