The Honda Steed first rolled off the production line to mixed reviews in 1988. At the time, Japan was in the midst of a race replica boom and many Honda fans saw this attempt at an American style cruiser as a backward step. Honda proved them all wrong, however, and by 1993, the year this one was made, it was the biggest selling bike in the country.

You don’t have to be a cruiser fan to appreciate the lines of this bike. It is truly beautiful and this one, in maroon and black with plenty of chrome, is a standout. In addition to the overall cosmetic condition, it has only done about 4,700 miles – barely even got into its stride.

At 28 years old, this NC26 is swiftly cruising into classics territory. It has a V-twin, liquid-cooled engine which delivers 31HP. It comes with the classic spoked wheels, 19” at the front and 15” at the rear, disc front brake and passenger backrest. We have put a pair of new Dunlop tyres on it.

This bike has been put through the NOVA system. Registration can be arranged for a fee of £165, this includes the Dating Certificate, MOT, Registration, UK log book and age related number plate.

We can deliver, please confirm your postcode for a quote. Delivery/Collection can take place either after the MOT (while waiting for the log book) or once the log book has been received. The motorcycle cannot be ridden on the public highway until the bike is registered and fitted with its number plate. Road tax & insurance are your responsibility as the new keeper.

A deposit of 30% will secure the bike, we would not ask for further payment until the bike is ready for collection or delivery. If the customer cancels the sale we will refund 50% of the deposit.
