The 1992 Pontiac Trans Am is one great-looking machine. With a
limited production of just 663 cars, it's a droptop that we are
very proud to offer! It's got just over 30,000 actual miles meaning
you can rest assured that you're getting a car that has had all
service documented and retained, a super slick body with one of the
best colors to compliment the top and interior, and an interior
that looks almost showroom new! Aside from a few stone chips that
were touched up under previous ownership, we'd call this car a
definite 9+.
With this Trans Am touting a sports suspension, you've just
complimented the 5.0 liter, 205-horsepower, tuned port-injected V-8
with enough power and handling to have some cruising fun. You'll be
whisked from the light at stopwatch-quality speed, while being
cradled in the sport bucket seats. The sports suspension hugs the
road while holding you firmly in your seat and fights sway or lean
when you enter and exit the tightest bends in the road like a
slingshot.
When the top goes down, that's when the real fun begins. The top is
manually operated and requires only undoing the fasteners above the
windshield and pushing a button along the rear seat ledge to unhook
the rear plastic window and raise the plastic tonneau. The top
hides under the tonneau to provide a neat and clean appearance. No
more dealing with tonneau covers that require snaps, hooks, or any
of the other frustrations that a convertible owner has likely
experienced.
The Trans Am you're looking at has the standard aero appearance
package including fog lights and brake-cooling ducts on the front
fascia and rocker extensions. You also get functional hood louvers
and air extractors.
As this Trans Am is loaded with options, we'll provide a brief
