1977 Triumph Spitfire 1500. Triumph White with beige grain houndstooth trim and beige hood with full and half tonneau covers. This lovely Spitfire has been with its last owner for 5 years and during this time has been used sparingly and thoroughly enjoyed every summer and has only been let go due to some mobility issues. It still retains lots of its original features and has a couple of nice upgrades as well. The car comes complete with a large history folder containing many bills, invoices and old mots dating back many years as well as photographs detailing the restoration some years ago and has covered just 79,000 miles from new. We have some photographs on file which show the full body of restoration that took place. The chassis is very solid and strong with no signs of any corrosion and the panel fit, shuts and gaps still very good. The paintwork is beautiful and presents very well as well as the engine bay and the seats, carpet and hood all in great order. On the road the car drives very well , the engine with strong oil pressure and fitted K & N filters. The car really is a credit to its last keeper and has been lovingly cherished throughout his tenure. Although now tax and mot exempt a fresh mot will be applied upon sale for your own peace of mind.
