It’s always a joy to find a nice, clean vintage Honda Monkey and we have a beauty here in this 1977 Z50J.

In deep red and black with gold trim, the tank looks stunning. It is set off against the black frame, chrome mudguards, side covers and exhaust guard. It has drop-down bars, clutchless gear change and a rear rack.

In terms of cosmetic condition, there is some ageing on the engine casing and a little light corrosion on the rear shocks but overall she is exceptionally nice, especially for an original, 47-year-old Monkey.

This highly collectible bike is on its way from Japan. It is due to dock at the end of December so we should take delivery early January. We will put it through the NOVA system as soon as it arrives. It can be registered for a fee of £165. We can arrange delivery anywhere.
