Excellent small-bodied (but big sounding) 12-string Guild. Spruce top, mahogany back & sides, mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard & bridge. Bought last year. Played in house only. Comes with case.

The guitar had a crack in the top, which I had professionally repaired by The Guitar repair Workshop, Manchester. Totally stable.

Selling to buy a bigger-bodied 12-string - otherwise I wouldn't let go of it!
