Iconic vintage mid-70’s Les Paul Custom finished in classic Ebony.

This black beauty has beenlooked after over the past 46 years, with just the normal wear, patina, blemishes, tarnishing to the hardware, and wear to the binding that you'd expect given its age - see pics. It has some light buckle rash on the reverse which is visible when it catches the light, and some wear to the refretted lower frets, butitis only cosmetic and isn't causing any playability issues- in fact it plays absolutely beautifully with a low action. Everything works as it should, there's no breaks or repairs and it has all the character you'd want from a vintage Les Paul.

Thebackplate is also hand-engraved by Les Paul himself - although this could easily be switched out for a plain back-plate if required.

The spec includes classic Mahogany body, comfortableslimprofile Maple neck, premium Ebony board, and gold hardware.It has a replacement nut and Schaller tuners and bridge, (however the original bridge is included within the case). The original Gibson humbuckers sound fantastic - classic Les Paul tone.

It weighs 10lb 5oz, which islighter than most70's Les Paul Customs we've stocked in the past.It comes withits black Gibson 'protector' case to protect it.
