The E TYPES HISTORY in recent years, before the Recommissioning in 2023

Last taxed for road use in ( May 2014 for 12 months to 2015 )

Not used since due to the last owners unfortunate Stroke / Health

issues on his return trip from the '24 Hour Le Mans' Car event in France in 2015

He then kept the car Mot'd in later years by his local garage

( The Picador Group in Southampton ) and had Sorned the Jaguar E Type with the DVLA.

This was for purely for insurance and valuation purposes while in storage at his home address.

His Love for the Jaguar E Type was so immence but he realised that age was on the wrong side

to get back behind the steering wheel.

The last picture was on the day of collection with the last owner at his home address

in Southampton on the 26th January 2023

THE RECOMMISSION:

I have since spent £16,000 having the car recommissioned by a well known Jaguar specialist

between June and August 2023

With new clutch fitted / uprated latest ignition fitted / New water pump /

All belts / New timing chain / New timing chain tensioner / New hoses & clips,

New front discs / New calipers / All fluids / + many other ancillaries as shown

on invoices.

Mot'd: altough 'Mot exempt' on the 31st August 2023 for safety, at the time the

Jaguar was showing 28,046 and has since covered just 830 miles to various classic

car show events and run outs.

There are no oil leaks / No water leaks / etc

All gauges are working, inc fuel / Oil gauge / = also pressure is high, 12V ammeter gauge

= Charging system shows well, the water temperature gauge is perfect and shows well,

and the 24 hour clock is working and ticking away.

Total mileage so far 28,876 as from 29/12/ 2023.
