Documented original 1968 Camaro SS/RS, now sporting a strong 427 cubic inch engine with headers, 4-speed manual transmission with Hurst shifter, 12 bolt Posi Traction rear end, Vintage air conditioning, bucket seats, front skirt spoiler, rear spoiler, wood-grain steering wheel, tic-toc tach, center gauge cluster, center console, twin side mirrors, SS body stripes, custom hood, front and rear bumper guards, battery on/off switch under hood, This car's color and badging are just as it was when it rolled off the factory assembly line in Norwood, Ohio the 2nd week in January of 1968, LeMans Blue -UU, Parchment interior and trim - 730, and proper SS badging. Original factory SS package on this car included L34-350 HP - Turbo Jet 396 (replaced with the 427), special hood, black accented grille and ornaments, sport striping, hood insulation, special red stripe tires (replaced with BF Goodrich white letter radials), special suspension, bright engine accents, SS emblems on fenders, grille and fuel filler cap. The RPO Z-22 Rally Sport (RS) factory option package on this car included special black-painted grille with vacuum operated headlight covers, front valance mounted parking lights, lower body side molding, belt reveal molding, wheel opening moldings, rear valance mounted back-up lights, This car also came equipped from the factory with the RPO Z-87 Custom Interior package which included special seat and sidewall trim with molded frond door armrests, Deluxe steering wheel, wood-grained instrument panel trim and molding, glove compartment light, bright pedal pads, instrument panel assist handle and luggage compartment mat.
