1940's/50's ORIGINAL VINTAGE 'JOSEPH MAGNIN' DRESS SUIT!
This BEAUTIFUL vintage dress suit belonged to my mother (who is now 94) she remembers buying it in London between 1947-1950 when she was living there, so it is now 73+ years old!
BEAUTIFUL colour - although hard to describe! I would call it ANTIQUE GOLD but when a certain light hits the fabric, it can be more of a BRONZE! If you like the 'neutral' spectrum of colours - you will like this! My pictures and the video tend to make it look either greyish or brown due to my very old i-phone! The main picture showing the 2 garments on the mannequin is the closest to the true colour!

The DRESS is a classic shift-style dress with a long zip at the back - beautifully darted and tailored.
The jacket opens/closes at the front via a BOW (with poppers) and is edged all around in REAL FUR - which I believe to be MINK.
ISSUES/DAMAGE/DEFECTS:
BUYER MUST READ BEFORE PURCHASE!
This garment has been worn in the past and therefore shows some small signs of wear! Nothing in my opinion, which prevents it from being worn as is, but
please be aware of the following before purchase:
1. Has a small mark on the back of the left jacket sleeve. I do not know what this is. It is at the back of the sleeve, so not easily visible when the jacket is worn. Looks more obvious in the picture than in reality! SHOWN CLEARLY IN PICTURES!
2. Has some dusty looking marks to one sleeve, which I think might remove with dry cleaning, but I cannot guarantee this. SHOWN CLEARLY IN PICTURES!
3. To my knowledge, this garment has never been cleaned and has been kept in storage for some time, so would benefit from a dry clean to refresh it.
