This is a meticulously restored 1936 MGTA, accurate in every detail. The car is one of the 1250 early narrow bodies featuring the wide gas tank and narrow rear wings. It was restored by "From The Frame Up", known for workmanship and quality. The restoration started with the bare frame and ended with the car being restored to better than new. The engine bay sparkles as bright as jewelry and runs like a sewing machine. Engine, carbs, and electrical items are original and correct for the car. The headlamps are the larger optional 9" Lucas lamps. The 2 two-tone paint, oxford blue and metallic silver, are period correct and offer a stunning combination. The interior and hood / weather gear are all custom fit. Even the full set of factory tools have been restored and are beautiful. You can get a sense of the attention to detail in viewing the walnut dash panel with all of its proper and original components. Although this is a very sporty and fun driver, it ranks as a world class museum piece. It is a real head turner as evidenced by being a 1st place winner at the La Jolla Concours D'Elegance in 2022. It is easy to say that this is the best TA globally.
