Our client is looking for a 180 recruitment consultant to join their dedicated and professional team. As a 180 recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for the candidate side of recruitment, from:
sourcing and screening candidates arranging and preparing interviews providing feedback and support. You will be working with a variety of healthcare roles, such as nurses, doctors, allied health professionals, and support staff. You will have access to a large database of candidates, as well as the latest tools and technology to help you succeed in your role.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Previous experience as a healthcare recruiter or a 180 recruitment consultant in any sector Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive and self-motivated attitude A high attention to detail and quality A team player mentality A valid UK driving license and access to a car In return, you will receive:
