I'm moving house and will have no space for my fish. I've had the tank 3 years and have had, fancy goldfish, standard goldfish, danios, loaches and snails.

The lid was custom made from perspex for the tank to keep costs down as I didn't want to run lights with a standard lid.

I've modified the filter to allow more filtration. I've replaced the biological media with volcanic gravel and bio pellets. I've replaced the filter cartridges with custom cut filter media to allow more surface area for beneficial bacterial and mechanical filtration. I can show buyer this and how to change media it's very simple.

I planned on re-scaping the tank but now I'm moving house. So the tank will come with new sand, gravel and everything needed to plant it with live plants (flourite, fertiliser, mesh bags etc...)

Comes with all chemicals and tests needed to run the tank, lots of fresh filter media. Lots of good quality food.

This setup has everything you'll need and enough equipment, chemicals and food to last a literally few years.

If you're new to fish keeping I don't mind explaining everything and helping set up. It can be complicated but there's everything you'll need and more with this setup.
