I am looking to rent a 1 (or 2) bedroom property as soon as possible - my current landlord is selling up.

Would need to be quiet, clean and tidy. Ideally would be self-contained and have access to outside space. Happy for it to be out in the countryside or outskirts of a town/village. As long as it's not central.

I work full time at Bournemouth hospital but don't mind having to travel, so any viewing after 4pm (weekdays) would be most convenient. Any time at weekends.

Maximum affordability is: £950 - £1000 pcm if bills are including. Or maximum of £750 pcm if bills are NOT included.
