There are two young professionals currently living in the two back bedrooms, one man and one woman in their late 20s. It has great connections with central London, just a 5-minute walk from Canning Town tube and bus station which has the DLR and Jubilee lines as well as numerous bus options. The jubilee line can get you to Canary Wharf in 10 minutes, London bridge in 15 minutes and Waterloo in 20 minutes. The DLR take you 20 minutes to get to Bank. The lines are super reliable and provide an easy commute.

Stratford shopping centre is 2 stops east on the Jubilee line where they have Westfields shopping centre and the Olympic park arenas.

The cycle highway is also 2 minutes from the flat and provides a 30-minute safe cycle path into central.

The local supermarket is a 17,000 sq ft brand new flag-ship Morrisons which includes hot food sections, butcher, fishmonger. This is a 5-minute walk away and on the way to the tube station. This is part of a new development of shops and housing, with a McDonalds, Starbucks, ibis, Pret, Superdrug and a gym.

30-minute walk or 10-minute uber to London City Airport. And a 10 minute walk to the Victoria Docks which has some lovely restaurants around them.
