About me

I'm a 37 year old live in landlord. This has been my family house with my wife and daughter, however we will be moving to Denmark to live so I will just be keeping the house for work purposes - so will only be there around 6-10 days a month so the house will only have 2 rooms occupied most of the time.

Transport

We are lucky to be around 10 minutes walk from New Eltham train station. This has around 6-8 trains every hour into London Bridge (20 mins), Waterloo East (25 mins) and Charing Cross (30 mins).

Local area

It is a really beautiful area for professionals and families as there are many lovely parks and woods, within 10 minutes walk of the house. Within 10-15 minutes walk there are some really lovely coffee shops and many restaurants we have enjoyed over the last few years of living here and happy to recommend.

About you

We are very open to any age from 25 - 50 years, any profession but most importantly would like to rent to people who enjoy the company of others. Whilst there is no pressure to all be together and socialise, we think it adds to a nicer atmosphere for others living there (including myself) when people enjoy the company of others.

We have a great relationship with our neighbors and they are really lovely people - and have been there to help in emergencies. We therefore don't want any parties in the house, although if you'd like families or partners to stay, this is of course fine. For any long term partners staying (more than 3 times a week, we would just ask that we can discuss this as this would have an impact on the dynamics within the house)
