Rent £750 per calendar month in advance

The Deposit of £750 will be held in accordance with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme Regulations and will be refunded at the end of the tenancy, subject to the property being left in a satisfactory condition, including cleaning.

No administration fee will be charged. A £200 holding deposit will be required. The holding deposit can be retained if the applicant provides misleading information, fails a Right to Rent Check, withdraws from the property, or fails to take reasonable steps to enter into the tenancy.

The tenant pays their own council tax, electricity, water, internet and other services. There is no gas to the property and we suggest you take out your own personal content insurance.

All applicants must provide evidence of nationality and identity to validate their âRight to Rent' under the immigration Act 2014.

Should referencing not be completed successfully then the monies will be returned within 5 working days.
