Hello there i have a 1 bed ground floor flat in Walsall not too far from the main Walsall Manor Hospital.. It is very spacious for a 1 bed flat and has plenty and i mean plenty of parking because its a new build development only 2 years old.

There are x2 bus stops right outside on the main road, taxis are a phone call away, theres the train station with direct route to Birmingham New Street, if you have a car and you drive thats great, insurance prices are cheap and your 10-12mins away if you wanted to dip in and out of Birmingham.

There are plenty of shops near by, plenty of takeaways, chinese chippy,doctors surgery and a pharmacy for convenience.

I would like to swap for another 1 bedroom on the ground floor just for a change i am open to offers and happily consider somewhere else depending on if its right for me

I am very serious about my swap as im disabled and have no time for messing about, me and my wife have put down expensive laminate and expensive blinds to make it into a nice home and will be swapping it like this so i will appreciate it if you dont mess me around. Thank you.
