I am seeking a 1 bed flat in the following areas: Mapperley, St Ann’s, Sherwood, Forest Fields, Hyson Green, Arnold, Sneinton, Carlton etc. A garden space would be great but not essential, definitely needs parking (on street fine), 6 months let, must be own / private flat not shared bathroom / kitchen. I have no pets, I don’t smoke, and I’m not here to party.

I am currently on ESA, and therefore will be claiming housing benefit to begin with, but I moved to Nottingham to pursue a career as a support worker and am looking to start this in the next few months. I don’t have a guarantor, however I do have a bond available immediately, and can also offer extra (returnable) bond in lieu of this as insurance of rent. I am able to cover top ups needed also.

I am looking to move in asap, currently having to use airbnb and this is not ideal, would rather be paying rent on my own place. Looking for a 6 month let initially.

I also don’t have a credit score really, it’s not that it’s bad, I’ve just never had credit. Not even for a phone!
