Parking space at secure 24 hour access underground car park, next to the Mailbox, a few minutes walk to New Street / Bull Ring / Broad Street.

The space is allocated, and accessed by a security gate 24 hours a day. Access is only possible with the fob.

You will be provided with a remote gate fob and parking permit allowing access car park 24 hours a day.

Looking for long term rental with a minimum of 6 months. £150 deposit, refundable on return of the gate fob / permit.

We own a flat in the block, but rented out the flat minus the parking as it was not required by the tenant. Hence the space for rent.
