We are representing a global property consultancy in their search for a chartered hotel valuer, at either surveyor or senior surveyor level. The team we represent are one of the UKs most reputed hotel valuation departments who advise over GBP20+ Billion of assets within the hotel and leisure sector, annually. Due to significant work load need driven and professional valuers to add to their illustrious, award winning team. Our client are open to valuers from commercial or residential, but would ideally prefer someone with trading experience for obvious reasons. Full training will be provided and a real chance to join a highly productive and fantastic team working on some fantastic instructions.
As trusted and respected advisors in this sector, the hotel valuation team cover the full range of hotel categories from major, internationally branded hotels to boutique city and regional hotels. They have longstanding relationships and a well-established client base. You will be working within the valuation team to support them with valuations across the South East predominantly, however there will also be opportunities to undertake assignments across Europe should this interest you. The role will comprise of writing loan security valuation reports for lenders and preparing valuations for specialist and institutional fund clients, but also undertaking a variety of consultancy assignments.
