My story
07/22/21 This happy go lucky boy is Winston. Winston came into the shelter as a stray and was later surrendered to the shelter over the phone. Per his previous owner Winston was said to do excellent with children and well with dogs (although he can be selective when it comes to dogs and may prefer females). Here at the shelter Winston has been a very good boy for his animal tenders! He is eager to go outside on his walks and is looking for an active home that continue to provide him with both physical and mental stimulation! Winston should be properly when restrained while outside (either on a leash or in a tall fenced in area) as he has a history of liking to wander. We do not know how Winston does with smaller critters such as cats, pocket pets, or livestock. Please be cautious if you have smaller animals as Alaskan Huskies tend to have a higher prey drive. If Winston sounds like the winner for you please give the shelter a call!
If you have any questions or would like to adopt WINSTON, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
