My story

　　7/2021 update ~ Wicket is on a medical hold. Wicket he has significant valgus deformity of distal femurs and medial patellar luxation (MPL). He will need surgery and is not available for adoption right now. Wicket is a male Malinois DOB 9/11/2020 He came in to the rescue because his previous owners didn't have time for him. He currently is learning basic obedience and doing very well. He is very ear to please and food motivated. When he came in he had not been exposed to very many things so he had a lot of fear based behavior. However, now he has gained much needed confidence and has become a stable dog. Previous owner stated he was not good with other dogs and expected him to do best in a single dog home, however he has been very playful with a 10 week old puppy and has done excellent with a senior male dog. Wicket would benefit by having a stable dog in the home. Looking for someone who has experience with the breed, fenced yard and someone who has time to spend with him. All adoption information is found on the website including the application. Only approved adopters can arrange a visit to meet the dogagsrescue.comALL adoptions are done FACE TO FACE, we DO NOT ship dogs out, adopters are responsible to travel if they live outside the Fairbanks area and stay at least one 24 hour visit with the puppy. Please DO NOT email the rescue asking if this or any dog is available, all our dogs are available for adoption unless their ad states pending next to their name. Inquiries just asking if a dog/puppy is available will be deleted! If you cannot spend 2 mins reading an ad you have NO business getting a puppy/dog! All adoption fees are $400
