Vintage 1995 Breezer Thunder mountain bike in very good condition. This bike was ridden across Iowa in the summer of 1996 and has only seen a few outings since. Has always lived in a dry climate. 21" seat tube, suitable for riders a bit on either side of 6'. Ritchey logic chromoly tubing by Tange is durable and light. Original Shimano drivetrain with LX shifters/brake levers and XT rear mech. Original Ritchey alloy wheels. Original wheels, but tires have been changed to new Panaracer Gravelking SKs. Converted the bars to a butterfly style to increase stack and make this bike more friendly for cruising or touring. This is an excellent example of a classic chromoly mountain bike that would make a great commuter or tourer. It has a very smooth ride. The only quirk I'm aware of is that the front derailleur button sometimes struggles to reset after an upshift. It has always eventually reset, just occasionally on its own timeline. The rack is included. Not included is the Brooks saddle, the white water bottle cage, the light, and the panniers themselves. I've fitted a vintage Selle Italia Flite saddle in excellent condition (see last pic). Would really like this bike to find a good home. Am open to reasonable offers and will ship in lower 48 at buyer's expense.
