My story
The next American Idol!Hey guys, I am Vinny! I am a beautiful Husky mix, with eyes the color of lakes! I am a male, 10 months old, and about 30 lbs and will be neutered soon. I am a classic case of families getting a dog and forgetting about the commitment. I thought I had a family, but they moved out of state and I was passed around to several homes, crated throughout, and not treated very well. I was severly underweight and malnourished. I jumped out of a moving car one day and I injured my leg. I was simply surrendered to the vet but it turned out to be the turning point in my life! I was rescued by TAP and got a leg amputation. I found the most wonderful foster family and I have been simply thriving since then! I have even gained some healthy weight and am the happiest tripawd!Inspite of my past, I have been the sweetest guy since day 1. I adore all dogs and people. I get on so beautifully with kids, even the rough ones, and I love them! I am smart, fully bathroom, crate and leash trained. I am pretty good with commands too. Like all huskies, I am somewhat of a singer too. I also made my displeasure known while being taken to the vet. My singing was just making my foster mama laugh, so she totally didnt get the point. Hmmphh! I have quite a bit of energy on my 3 legs, but also down to cuddle all the time. I am pretty good at staying by myself too.I would love a family who pampers me like nobody's business. I have looked forward to a good life that I totally deserve, and that was my ray of hope. I pawmise to be the sweetest, most loving guy ever! If you think we will make a perfect family together, come and say hi and I will sing to you! My adoption fee is $400 and that includes spaying/neutering, shots, and microchip.
